Is my system configuration compatible with your games? Are all games compatible with Windows 7? The game is running smooth for a few minutes, but then runs slow for a few minutes. What is wrong? My installation failed, what do I do? My game crashes/freezes, what should I do? When I open the game I only see a blank/white screen? How do I create a dxdiag file to send to Youdagames support? All my save progress is suddenly lost, what happened? My game won't save any game progress. Where do I find my Save Game locations? My game/download is notified as a virus. What to do now? At the moment we are updating all of our system requirements on our website.
We support the following Operations Systems:
Windows XP, Vista, 7, Mac OS we no longer support Windows 98 and 2000 since we require Internet Explorer 7 or later to be installed.
