Here you can find all main technical problems you can have when downloading, playing or installing the games. Questions:

Is my system configuration compatible with your games? Are all games compatible with Windows 7? The game is running smooth for a few minutes, but then runs slow for a few minutes. What is wrong? My installation failed, what do I do? My game crashes/freezes, what should I do? When I open the game I only see a blank/white screen? How do I create a dxdiag file to send to Youdagames support? All my save progress is suddenly lost, what happened? My game won't save any game progress. Where do I find my Save Game locations? My game/download is notified as a virus. What to do now? My game crashes/freezes, what should I do?

Answer

First please uninstall your game completely:
PC: configuration screen > add/remove software > uninstall game
Mac: Drag the applications to the trashcan and empty it.

After this please download and install the latest version of your game by downloading on our website. Go to the specific game on Youdagames and click on the “Free Download” button. Please unlock this version by entering your Licence Key.
