You get an activation name and code in an email. The game must be activated by copying the name and the activation code in the right fields. You need to copy the name and activation code exactly as given in the email, the activation is case sensitive.

When you buy a new computer you want to keep playing the game you bought. The link you got in the email when you purchased the game might not work anymore, since it is only valid for 2 weeks. To get a working download link you need to send us an email with the ordernumber of your game.

On a Windows XP computer the saved games of Youdagames games are in C:\Program files\Youdagames\*gamename*\save On a Windows Vista computer these files are stored in C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\Youdagames If this solution does not work, please contact our support team and provide the ordernumber of your game.

Click on the Start button, then go to All Programs and click the Youdagames or game link, depending on the game you’d like to un-install.

• Navigate your mouse to the right of the link and find the game you want to un-install
• To the right of that game you will see a drop down of Options
• Select the uninstall option (with a trash can icon)
• Then follow the Uninstall options - We advise the Automatic method - click next
• Click Finish and the game will be removed.
